Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated May 4, 1998 executed by Dorothy A. Bennett and Jessie J. Bennett, in favor of Green Tree Financial Corp - Alabama, said Mortgage being recorded May 11, 1998, in Book 0168, Page 920, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama; having later been assigned to by instrument recorded in , in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1998-5, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Chilton County, Alabama on 10/18/2022, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 23 North, Range 13 East; thence run West along the North line of said 1/4-1/4 for 144.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Robin Land and on the Southeast right of way of Chilton County Road No. 5; thence run Southwest along the Southeast right of way of Chilton County Road No. 5 for 451.00 feet; thence run Southeast for 195.6 feet along the South line of Grantor to the point of beginning; thence continue along the last described course for 299.61 feet to a point in the centerline of Robin Lane; thence turn an angle to the left of 115 degrees 38 minutes 17 feet and run North along the centerline of Robin Lane for 322.54 feet; thence turn an angle to the left of 12 degrees 32 minutes 01 seconds and run Southwest for 331.92 feet to the point of beginning.
