MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on July 14, 2003 by Patrick Blackmon, a married man and wife, Latricia Blackmon, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America’s Wholesale Lender, and recorded in Book 297 at Page 373 on July 18, 2003, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred to FirstKey Master Funding 2021-A Collateral Trust. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on February 28, 2023, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Chilton County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Clanton, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to wit: A lot or parcel of land lying and being situated in the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 12 East, Chilton County, Alabama, described as follows: From the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, run North 43°29’ W for 1260.3 feet to a point on the Westerly Right of Way line of a paved public road, said point being further described as the Northeast corner of the lot presently owned by Henry Douglas Worthy, run thence North 38°21’ E for 276.3 feet to a point on the East line of said road and the Point of Beginning of subject parcel of land; from said point thus established run South 72°41’ E for 312.6 feet to a point; thence run North 08°30’ W for 200 feet to a point on the South line of the lot owned by W. E. Nunn; run thence South 84°13’ W along the South line of the Nunn lot for 250 feet to a point on said East line of said road; run thence Southerly along said line of said road for 76.8 feet to the Point of Beginning.
