MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jennifer Hampton, unmarried woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, as nominee for LeaderOne Financial Corporation, on August 23, 2022, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama, in Book 2022 Page 248339; the undersigned Towne Mortgage Company, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Clanton, Chilton County, Alabama, on March 11, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to-wit: The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Chilton, State of Alabama, and is described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of the West 10 acres of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 12 East, Chilton County, Alabama; thence West 630 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence East 630 feet; thence South 210 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress across the subject property and over the presently existing driveway, which runs to an adjacent tract to the North..
