NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Austin Q Broadhead and Sydney L Broadhead, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for CIS Financial Services, Inc. dba CIS Home Loans, its successors and assigns, on September 23, 2020, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama, at Book 2020, Page 232167, as re-recorded at Book 2021, Page 238140; the undersigned Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Chilton County, Alabama, on April 28, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to-wit:

221.95 feet; thence run North 04°14’36” W for
197.61 feet; thence run North 02°07’43” East for
392.40 feet to the South Right of Way of Wesson Street; thence along said street, North 89°57’51” East for
222.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
