Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Christopher D. Ford and Amy Ford, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Everett Financial, INC. D/B/A Supreme Lending, its successors and assigns, on March 22, 2016, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama, in Book 2016 Page 198927; Modification Agreement(s) recorded on 10/05/2022, in Book 2022 Page 248999; recorded on 01/19/2023, in Book 2023 Page 250709; recorded on 11/16/2023, in Book 2023 Page 256722; recorded on 04/15/2024, in Book 2024 Page 259468; recorded on 11/18/2024, in Book 2024 Page 263867; recorded on 09/19/2025, in Book 2025 Page 270247; the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Clanton, Chilton County, Alabama, on September 1, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to-wit: The Point of Beginning being at a pine knot at the Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 13 East, in Chilton County, Alabama; thence South 89 degrees 27 minutes 23 seconds West a distance of 177.32 feet to an iron pin; thence North 2 degrees 18 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 505.69 feet to an iron pin on the South Right of Way of County Road 230; thence North 71 degrees 02 minutes 58 seconds East a chord distance of 190.04 feet along a curve concave left with central angle of 07 degrees 30 minutes 26 seconds left and a radius of 2113.48 feet, to an iron pin; thence South 02 degrees 18 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 565.77 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above described property lies in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 13 East in Chilton County, Alabama..
