MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE.
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Ruby Silveroli-Porter AKA Ruby E. Porter and Willie Joe Porter, wife and husband, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, on September 13, 2024, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chilton County, Alabama, in R Book 2024 Page 262822; the undersigned Rocket Mortgage, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Clanton, Chilton County, Alabama, on October 14, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Chilton County, Alabama, to-wit: Commence at a right-of-way monument at the intersection of the Easterly line of Section 4, Township 22 North, Range 14 East, Chilton County, Alabama, and the Southerly right-of-way of Chilton County Road No. 77 (80 foot right-of-way per survey), said point being the Point of Beginning; thence along said Easterly line South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 212.89 feet to a point; thence leaving said Easterly line North 78 degrees 41 minutes 13 seconds West, a distance of 208.79 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 215.21 feet to a point in a curve on the Southerly right-of-way of said County Road No. 77; thence along said curve concave to the North, a chord bearing South 78 degrees 03 minutes 47 seconds East, a distance of 209.26 feet, with radius of 725.29 feet to the Point of Beginning.
